Our Commitment

Estimatics was built to raise the standard of property documentation in the U.S. insurance and restoration industry. We operate in a domain where the quality of documentation determines whether property owners receive fair compensation, whether claims are resolved efficiently, and whether disputes are resolved on evidence rather than negotiation.

What We Mean by Integrity

Documentation integrity means that what was captured reflects what was observed, when it was observed, by who observed it — without modification. Every feature in the Estimatics Platform is designed to support this principle. Our Certified Evidence system creates a mathematically verifiable record of inspection evidence. Our AI systems disclose their limitations. Our audit trail preserves every action taken on a job.

Platform integrity means that the Platform performs as described, that we disclose how our AI systems work, and that we don't make commitments we can't keep. You will find our accuracy estimates expressed as ranges with qualifications — not as guarantees. You will find our AI limitations clearly documented — not buried in fine print.

Commercial integrity means that our business model is aligned with our users' success. We charge for features that deliver measurable value. We don't sell user data. We don't generate revenue from advertising. The quality of the Platform is the entirety of our value proposition.

Our Disclosure Commitments

We commit to updating our legal and security documentation whenever:

We add new AI capabilities or change AI providers
We achieve or lose a certification
We experience a security incident that affects customer data
We change our data retention or processing practices
Applicable regulations materially change how we must operate
