About Estimatics
The property industry moves billions on fragmented, unverified data. We built the platform to fix that.
Estimatics captures physical reality and transforms it into trusted, actionable information — so claims are resolved on evidence, not negotiation.

Why we exist
Three problems the industry has accepted for too long.
A handful of apps to produce one report
A property professional often uses a handful of separate tools to complete a single inspection report — one for photos, one for workflow, one for estimates, one for reporting. Every handoff is a version conflict and a point of failure. We unify the entire workflow in one platform.
Undocumented damage costs everyone
When damage isn’t captured well and estimates can’t be defended, claims get re-opened, supplemented, and re-reviewed. Poor documentation costs carriers, homeowners, and honest professionals time and money. The answer is better evidence — not more suspicion.
Decisions made without a shared evidence baseline
Without standardized documentation, claims slow down. PA estimates, carrier estimates, and contractor scopes don’t reconcile against the same evidence. A verifiable evidence record gives everyone a common reference point.
“Doing good work shouldn't be this hard to prove.”
— The belief that started Estimatics
Operational freedom shouldn't cost 6 subscriptions.
If doing your job well requires hundreds of dollars a month in fragmented software, the problem is the industry that decided to charge you for every step.
The person who saw the damage first knows the most.
That the system punished field professionals for documenting poorly — when we never gave them tools to document well — that is what we are changing.
AI arrived late — and it didn't arrive to replace.
AI arrived so the inspector who knows the roof doesn't also have to be an expert in software. That's not a threat. It's freedom.
When everyone documents well, everyone wins.
The homeowner gets paid. The contractor doesn't leave money on the table. The carrier processes the claim faster. The real obstacle was always poor documentation — not the parties involved in the claim.
Built by operators who've worked both sides of the claim.
Estimatics was founded by operators — not people who read about property claims, but people who ran the work. Between them, the founders bring decades of experience owning and operating restoration and estimating companies and a Florida-licensed public adjusting practice, along with a background in industrial operations and regulated-field systems.
That operating experience is the founders' background — separate from Estimatics itself, which was founded in 2025. It is why the product is opinionated about the things that actually decide a claim: evidence quality, documentation that holds up on a careful read, and a workflow that respects the person in the field.
