Julio Sánchez
CEO, CTO & Founder
30+ years designing and leading world-class manufacturing, operations, and regulated-field systems across multiple industries. Julio built his career at the intersection of industrial execution and technology — long before AI made it fashionable.
He founded Estimatics after directly owning and operating multi-state restoration and estimating companies, experiencing firsthand the documentation fragmentation and evidence quality problems that cost the industry billions every year.
As the sole architect of Estimatics’ technical vision, he oversees system architecture, AI integrations, data models, and the end-to-end product roadmap.
Keyla Diaz
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Owner-operator of a Florida-licensed Public Adjuster firm for 5+ years — with hands-on experience managing insurance claims, carrier negotiations, compliance, and the exact documentation challenges Estimatics solves.
Her background spans finance, operations, and strategic execution across industrial, consulting, and regulated service environments. She has built and scaled organizations with a strong command of capital efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
At Estimatics, Keyla leads financial and operational strategy — ensuring the business scales with the same discipline and governance the platform demands from its users.
