Estimatics assembles the file from what was already captured on site: the sketch (room-by-room floor plan), the photos organized by room, and the full line-item estimate, packaged as an ESX file that imports into Xactimate.

FIELD Lite
You don't have to be there. Somebody does.
Send a link to whoever can get to the property — the homeowner, a tenant, a contractor already on site, a local adjuster in a market where you have nobody. They photograph it, guided room by room in plain language, and the evidence lands in the job: same pipeline, same chain of custody, feeding the same reports as anything your own inspector captures.
They never create an account, choose a password, or see your pricing. The link is the credential, and it stops working when the capture is finished or after seven days, whichever comes first.
A capture is one person, one link, one property. It is billed once whether they send you four photos or forty — and not at all if you cancel the invitation before they start. Your own team is on seats; this is for everybody else.

Prepaid captures don't expire, and they are spent before anything is billed at the end of the month. Past 500 a month, talk to us — there is a better arrangement than buying packs.
Whoever you invite needs an iPhone.
There is no Android version yet, so somebody on Android cannot use the capture link. Worth knowing before you buy captures in bulk — send your own inspector to those properties.
