Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards of conduct that apply to all users of the Estimatics platform. Violation of this AUP may result in account suspension or termination.


1. Permitted Uses

The Platform is designed exclusively for legitimate professional use in property inspection, insurance claims documentation, damage assessment, and restoration project management. Permitted uses include:

  • Conducting property inspections and documenting damage evidence
  • Generating AI-assisted scopes, estimates, and damage reports for legitimate insurance claims
  • Collaborating with team members on active jobs
  • Submitting and reviewing documentation in connection with insurance adjusting activities
  • Managing inspection schedules and team assignments
  • Storing and organizing property inspection media

2. Prohibited Uses

2.1 Fraudulent and Deceptive Activity

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Create, submit, or support fraudulent insurance claims
  • Fabricate, alter, or misrepresent property damage documentation
  • Submit documentation for properties you have not personally inspected or that do not reflect actual conditions
  • Create jobs for fictitious properties or claims

Insurance fraud is a serious crime under federal and state law. Estimatics cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.

2.2 Unauthorized Access

You may not:

  • Access accounts or data belonging to other users without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or security measures
  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the Platform other than as expressly permitted
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform's systems

2.3 Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of any Platform component
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Exceed rate limits or API usage quotas

2.4 Misuse of AI Features

You may not:

  • Intentionally submit low-quality, misleading, or fabricated photographs to manipulate AI outputs
  • Use AI-generated scope or analysis outputs without applying independent professional review
  • Represent AI-generated content as independently validated professional opinions

2.5 Privacy Violations

You may not:

  • Submit photographs or personal information about individuals without appropriate consent
  • Collect or harvest personal information from other Platform users
  • Use the Platform to surveil, track, or monitor individuals without authorization

2.6 Illegal Activity

You may not use the Platform in connection with any activity that violates applicable law, including federal and state insurance regulations, privacy laws, or professional licensing requirements.


3. Professional Licensing

Users performing activities regulated by state licensing boards — including public adjusting, insurance adjusting, and certain contracting activities — are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate licensure and complying with all professional standards applicable to their role and jurisdiction.


4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of Platform use that violates this AUP, please report it to: support@aiestimatics.com


5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning notification
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities
  • Legal action

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
