The ratio is backwards

Two hours on the property, four hours writing it up. That ratio caps how many inspections you can run in a week, and none of the second four hours is what the client is paying for.

The walkthrough is the documentation

Photograph each room from the app, assigning shots to areas as you go. Media syncs while you're still in the house. Then run the analysis — you trigger it, per photo or per area — and it comes back with structured findings: what's damaged, how badly, on what material, and where.

You review, correct, and confirm. You're editing a first pass rather than writing from a blank page.

Room organization that doesn't cost you time

Estimatics ships a catalog of 100 room types across residential and commercial properties. Assign photos to rooms as you shoot, and the AI proposes a room tag on your overview shots — accept it or override it. A manual tag is never overwritten.

Tagging as you capture removes the sorting pass entirely, which is where most of the four hours goes.

Measurements from the scan

A LiDAR scan produces a floor plan with per-area dimensions — floor area, perimeter, wall area, ceiling height, openings. On every plan, including FIELD. No laser, no tape, no transcription.

The record behind each photo

Every file is hashed by the server when it arrives, and its provenance recorded: device model, OS, timezone, app version, whether location permission was granted, and how far the device clock sat from the server's.

Be precise about what that is. It does not prove you were physically present, and it does not prove the moment of capture — it records what the device reported and what the server could independently observe. What it does support is that the file in the record is byte-for-byte what the server received. In a "that wasn't there when I inspected" argument, that's a real answer, and it's the honest version of one.
