Credits and Usage-Based Charges

Your Estimatics bill has three parts, and only the third one varies with what you do:

Seats — one per active team member, priced by role
Your plan — the rate on each Estimator seat, which sets which features that seat gets
Credits — two things billed per use, described below

There are no toggleable feature add-ons. Features come with your plan; access comes with the person's role. Nothing else needs switching on.

Xactimate (ESX) export — $10 per export

Your field work should arrive in the format the industry already reviews, without anyone on your team having to be an estimating-software expert. Estimatics assembles the file from what was already captured on the job — the sketch (room-by-room floor plan), the photos organized by room, and the full line-item estimate — and packages it as an ESX file that imports into Xactimate.

Exports are paid with prepaid export credits, bought in the web app — one credit per export. On CERTIFY, the 5 included exports per user reset each calendar month and are used before any credit is spent.

Who can export: Super Admin and Estimator roles only. Admin, Coordinator, and Field Inspector have no ESX access.

Where: the Estimate module on the job, and Settings → Billing to buy credits or check your balance.

FIELD Lite captures — $25 per capture

Inviting somebody who is not on your team to photograph a property — a homeowner, a contractor already on site, a local adjuster — is billed per capture rather than by seat. $25 each, on every plan. There's nothing to enable: the option is on every job's Capture tab.

Packs cost less per capture and never expire:

Buy them under Settings → Billing → Capture Credits, which also lists every capture used and what it was charged.

Past 500 captures a year it stops being self-service — talk to us instead of buying packs.

ℹ Note

Whoever you invite needs an iPhone. There is no Android version, so somebody on Android can't use the capture link.

How credits appear on your bill

Credits are prepaid, so they don't change your recurring invoice. You buy a balance, and it draws down as you use it. Your subscription invoice stays the same from month to month unless your seats or plan change.

Both balances live in Settings → Billing, each with its own usage history: which job, which user, when, and what it cost.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an add-on for geometry, estimation, or evidence integrity? No. LiDAR geometry, AI Scope Generation, regional pricing, and the server-side evidence chain of custody are part of the product — they aren't purchasable modules. What varies by plan is the AI writing and the report types; see Understanding your plan.

Do unused ESX credits expire? Prepaid credits don't expire. The 5 monthly exports included with a CERTIFY seat do — they reset each calendar month and don't roll over.

Can I stop a credit from being spent by accident? ESX export is limited to Super Admin and Estimator roles, so nobody else on the team can spend one.

What happens to my credits if I downgrade? Nothing. Credits belong to the account, not the plan, and stay on the balance.
