Understanding FIELD, SCOPE, and CERTIFY Plans
All three plans include the full iOS app, unlimited jobs, LiDAR scanning, AI photo analysis, AI Scope Generation, regional pricing, and report composition. What changes between them is how much of the writing the AI does, and which report sections you can compose.
At a glance
| FIELD | SCOPE | CERTIFY | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Per Estimator seat, monthly | $39/mo | $79/mo | $174/mo |
| Billed annually | $29/mo | $59/mo | $129/mo |
| Best for | Inspectors, small contractors | Active PAs, restoration contractors | Disputed claims, appraisal, litigation |
What a seat costs
The plan rate above is the price of one Estimator seat. Your other people are priced by their role, and those prices don't move with the plan:
| Seat | Roles | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| Office | Coordinator, Admin | $24 | $18/mo ($216/yr) |
| Field Inspector | Field Inspector | $39 | $29/mo ($348/yr) |
| Estimator | Estimator, account owner | your plan rate | your plan rate |
You never choose the seat type — it follows from the role you assign. If somebody holds more than one role, the higher-ranked seat applies, never both. Changing a role re-prices the seat immediately, prorated for the rest of the period.
Why they differ. Features follow the seat's own plan, not the company's. A $39 Field Inspector seat captures, scans, and records findings but has no AI Copilot even on a CERTIFY account; an Office seat reads everything the AI produced without being able to run it. You pay for what each person actually uses.
A worked example. One Estimator on SCOPE, two field inspectors, one coordinator: $79 + ($39 × 2) + $24 = $181/month. Not $79 × 4.
Captures without a seat
Somebody outside your team — a homeowner, a contractor already on site, a local adjuster — can be invited to photograph a property for $25 per capture, with no seat and no account. See FIELD Lite.
What every plan includes
- iOS app — photos, video, Dual Video, and LiDAR scanning with floor plans and per-area dimensions
- Unlimited jobs
- Web dashboard — the full job workspace: Overview, Capture, Geometry, Analyze, Estimate, Reports, Notes
- Real-time collaboration — live updates across the team
- AI photo analysis — damage findings by type, severity, and location, each tied to its photo
- AI Scope Generation — a line-item scope built from the findings you flag
- Regional pricing — a reference unit price for the property's ZIP code, with its sources
- Evidence completeness check — where the file is thin, area by area
- Report composition — the Damage, Findings, Geometry, and Custom report types
- Xactimate (ESX) export — $10 per export
- Server-side evidence integrity — every file hashed and its provenance recorded on arrival
ℹ Note
AI photo analysis, LiDAR, regional pricing, and the evidence completeness check are on FIELD. They are not paid upgrades.
FIELD — $39/mo per Estimator seat
The full capture-and-scope loop.
The workflow: capture on iOS → AI proposes findings → you confirm them → flag findings with +Scope → AI builds the line-item scope → price it → deliver a Damage, Findings, Geometry, or Custom report, or export ESX.
Who it's for:
- Field inspectors documenting properties
- Restoration contractors scoping a job before a carrier visit
- Small PA offices handling routine claims
What FIELD doesn't include:
- The AI damage narrative — you get the findings table, not the written prose
- AI Copilot
- Policy and document reading
- Report branding (your logo on the cover)
- The estimate table as a report section, and the Analysis, Estimate, and Complete report types
- Video is capped at 5 minutes and 2 GB per file (SCOPE and CERTIFY raise it to 10 minutes and 4 GB)
SCOPE — $79/mo per Estimator seat
Everything in FIELD, plus the writing and the letterhead.
AI damage narrative — prose describing each finding, so the report reads like a person wrote it rather than a spreadsheet.
AI Copilot — open-ended questions about the job, answered in context.
Policy and document reading — structure extracted from an uploaded policy or carrier document, so coverage detail lives in the job.
Branded reports — your logo, company name, and phone number on the report cover.
Three more report types — Analysis, Estimate, and Complete — plus the estimate table section, which is what puts your priced scope inside a report.
Who it's for: public adjusters managing several claims at once, restoration contractors negotiating with carriers, any team whose report is the product.
CERTIFY — $174/mo per Estimator seat
Everything in SCOPE, plus cause and origin.
Cause & Origin — an AI cause-and-origin assessment written from your confirmed findings, three to five sentences, stating uncertainty explicitly where the evidence doesn't carry a conclusion. It composes into the Damage, Analysis, and Complete reports for a CERTIFY seat only; on other plans those reports compose without it.
5 ESX exports per user each month, included. Beyond that, $10 each.
Who it's for: senior adjusters and firms working disputed or denied claims, appraisal, and litigation — where the question isn't only what the damage is, but what caused it.
→ How Cause & Origin works, and what it doesn't claim
Xactimate (ESX) export
Available today, on every plan. Estimatics assembles the file from what's already on the job — the sketch, the photos by room, and the line-item estimate — and packages it as an ESX that imports into Xactimate.
$10 per export on all three plans. CERTIFY includes 5 per user each calendar month, then $10. Paid with prepaid export credits from Settings → Billing. Only Super Admin and Estimator roles can run an export.
Xactimate is a trademark of its respective owner. Estimatics is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by it.
Choosing
FIELD if your deliverable is a scope and a clean photo record, and you're comfortable writing the narrative yourself.
SCOPE if the report is what you hand to a carrier — you need it written, branded, and carrying the estimate.
CERTIFY if the claim is disputed, heading to appraisal, or likely to be contested, and cause is part of the argument.
Mix them. The plan attaches to each Estimator seat, so one Estimator can sit on SCOPE and another on CERTIFY in the same organization. Field Inspector and Office seats carry no plan at all.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade mid-month? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the days remaining in the cycle.
Can I downgrade? Yes, at the end of the current period. Data is preserved; you lose access to features above the new tier.
Are there discounts for annual billing? About 25% on every seat. FIELD $39 → $29, SCOPE $79 → $59, CERTIFY $174 → $129. Office $24 → $18, Field Inspector $39 → $29.
Can I try a higher tier before paying? Every new account gets a 14-day trial, no credit card, with 3 seats — and reports on the trial compose at CERTIFY level.
Do I need SCOPE for LiDAR or AI photo analysis? No. Both are on FIELD.
