Understanding Your Plan and Features

Estimatics has three plans — FIELD, SCOPE, and CERTIFY. All three include the full iOS app, unlimited jobs, LiDAR scanning, AI photo analysis, and report composition. What changes between them is the depth of AI writing and the strength of the report you can send.

First: plans price a seat, not an account

This trips people up, so it's worth stating plainly. The plan rate is the price of one Estimator seat. Your other people are priced by their role, and those prices don't move with the plan:

So a firm with one Estimator on SCOPE, two field inspectors, and a coordinator pays $79 + $78 + $24 = $181/month, not four times the plan rate.

The plan is chosen per Estimator seat. Two Estimators in the same organization can be on different plans — one on SCOPE, one on CERTIFY. Office and Field Inspector seats don't carry a plan at all.

FIELD — $39/mo per Estimator seat

From capture to a scope you can send.

FIELD is the whole capture-and-scope loop, and it's more than the name suggests:

Capture — photos, video, Dual Video, and LiDAR scanning with floor plans and per-area dimensions. LiDAR is not a paid upgrade; it's on FIELD.

AI photo analysis reviews your photos and proposes damage findings — type, severity, location — each tied to the photo that supports it. You confirm or correct them.

AI Scope Generation turns the findings you flag with +Scope into a line-item scope, organized by area. Note that it works from your reviewed findings, not from raw photos — your judgment is in the loop by design.

Regional pricing looks up a reference unit price for a line item in the property's ZIP code from live web sources, and shows you the sources it used. It's decision support: apply it or use your own number.

Reports — the Damage, Findings, Geometry, and Custom report types, rendered to PDF.

Video limit on FIELD: 5 minutes and 2 GB per file. SCOPE and CERTIFY raise this to 10 minutes and 4 GB.

Who it's for: field inspectors, small contractors, and anyone whose deliverable is a scope and a clean photo record.

SCOPE — $79/mo per Estimator seat

Everything in FIELD, plus the writing and the letterhead.

AI damage narrative writes the prose description of each finding, so the report reads like something a person wrote rather than a table.

AI Copilot answers open-ended questions about the job in context.

Policy and document reading extracts structure from an uploaded policy or carrier document, so coverage detail is in the job instead of in a PDF nobody opens.

Branded reports put your logo, company name, and phone number on the report cover.

Three more report types — Analysis, Estimate, and Complete — and the Estimate table section, which is what puts your priced scope inside a report.

Who it's for: active public adjusters, restoration contractors negotiating with carriers, anyone whose report is the product.

CERTIFY — $174/mo per Estimator seat

Everything in SCOPE, plus cause and origin.

The Cause & Origin report section is CERTIFY's feature. It's an AI cause-and-origin analysis for insurance-claim jobs, and it appears in the Damage, Analysis, and Complete report types — but only for a CERTIFY seat. On FIELD and SCOPE those reports compose without it.

5 ESX exports per user each month are included. Beyond that they're $10 each, the same price as on the other plans.

Who it's for: senior adjusters and firms working disputed claims, appraisal, and litigation, where the question is not only what the damage is but what caused it.

Xactimate (ESX) export

Available today, on every plan. Estimatics assembles the file from what's already in the job — the sketch, the photos by room, and the line-item estimate — and packages it as an ESX that imports into Xactimate.

• CERTIFY includes 5 exports per user each calendar month; after that, $10

Frequently asked questions

Can different people on my team be on different plans? Yes — the plan attaches to each Estimator seat, so one Estimator can be on SCOPE while another is on CERTIFY. Field Inspector and Office seats have no plan; they cost the same regardless.

Do I need SCOPE to use LiDAR or AI photo analysis? No. Both are on FIELD.

What happens to my jobs if I downgrade? Nothing is deleted. You lose access to the features above your new tier — a CERTIFY report's Cause & Origin section, for example, stops composing into new reports.

Is there an annual discount? Yes, about 25%: FIELD $39 → $29, SCOPE $79 → $59, CERTIFY $174 → $129 per seat per month. Office seats go $24 → $18 and Field Inspector seats $39 → $29.
