Setting Up Your Company Profile

Your company profile is what appears on every report you send. Three fields reach the cover — here's what they are, who can change them, and what the rest of Settings covers.

Setting Up Your Company Profile

Your company is the top-level account in Estimatics. Your team, your jobs, your media, your reports and your billing all live under it. Saving the profile is also what completes a new signup — the app stamps the date the first time you save it and never moves it again.

Where: Settings → Account Settings.

Who can edit it: Super Admin and Admin. Everyone else in the company can see the profile but not change it.

Company Profile

FieldNotes
Company NameRequired. Appears on every report cover. Changing it also updates the name on your billing record.
Company TypeOne of nine categories — from Insurance Claims & Loss Services to Real Estate & Investment
Company Phone NumberAppears on the report cover
Company LogoPNG or JPG, 2 MB maximum. Appears on the report cover
Address 1 / Address 2 / City / State / ZIPAddress autocomplete fills city, state and ZIP for you

That's the whole form. There is no separate "organization settings" screen — this is it.

What actually reaches the report

Exactly three things: your logo, your company name, and your company phone, on the cover of every report you compose.

Report branding is a SCOPE feature. On a FIELD seat the report still composes — it just carries the Estimatics cover instead of yours.

That's the full list. Estimatics doesn't offer report color themes, custom header or footer text, or a cover-page on/off switch. If you need something on the cover that isn't there, tell us — it's a real request, not a setting you're failing to find.

Primary Contact

The same screen carries your own details:

  • Your Name — required
  • Email — read-only. Changing a login email goes through support
  • Your Phone Number

Below it, Account Status shows the role or roles your session actually holds, and My Seat shows which plan seat you occupy — which is what decides whether the copilot answers you and whether your reports carry your branding.

The rest of Settings

TabWho sees it
Account SettingsEveryone
User ManagementRoles with read access to users — Super Admin, Admin
BillingRoles with read access to billing
SecurityEveryone
Room CatalogRoles that can write company settings — where you edit the shared area catalog
LegalEveryone — opens the public legal pages

Hiding a tab isn't the only guard: typing the URL of a tab you don't have lands you back on Account Settings.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have multiple companies under one account? No. One Estimatics account is one company. Separate business entities need separate accounts.

Can I change the company name after setup? Yes, any time. It applies to reports you compose from then on. Reports already rendered keep the name they were rendered with — that's deliberate, since a delivered PDF shouldn't change after the fact.

Who can see the company profile? Everyone in the company. Only Super Admin and Admin can edit it.

Does my logo appear on reports on a FIELD seat? No. Branded reports start at SCOPE. A FIELD seat composes the same report without your branding on it.

Is there a time zone setting? Not at the company level.

Can I set a default inspector or default job type for new jobs? No. Both are chosen per job — and the workflow type in particular is fixed at creation and can't be changed afterward.
