Professional & Branded Reports

Estimatics turns the work already on a job — findings, evidence, geometry, and scope — into a clean, professional report you can hand to a homeowner, a carrier, or a partner. Reports are composed from sections, and they carry your organization's branding.

How a report is built

A report is assembled from a set of ordered sections — for example a cover, an executive summary, a findings table, a findings narrative, an evidence grid, a causation note, geometry overview, area dimensions, and an estimate table. You don't build these by hand; you pick a report type and Estimatics composes the right sections for it, then renders a PDF.

(See Building a Custom Report for the custom picker, and The Estimate-Ready Report for estimate-focused output.)

Your branding

Reports render with your organization's logo applied, so what you send looks like it came from your firm — not from a generic tool. Set your logo once in your organization profile and it carries onto your reports.

Delivering

Reports render to PDF, the format most recipients expect. You can also share a report by link (see Sharing Reports & Share Links). Generate the report when the job reflects what you're ready to stand behind — nothing is sent automatically.
